Linda is a Kamilaroi and Dharug woman currently living in Darwin, NT on Larrakia Land. Linda uses acrylic paints and natural ochres to communicate concepts and stories grounded in gamily, life, and cultural experience as a First Nations woman. Linda has been painting for over 35 years and has exhibited her artwork throughout Australia, Europe and the United States.

The painting Generations is the artist's reimagining of her family and the connections that are formed through a shared lineage and culture.

The lines connecting the circles together represent the stories, characteristics, kindness and love between the different people in her family and their unbroken bond with each other.
